Locating
Print Resources
We have recently begun to interfile all our reference materials with our regular books. Once all REF materials have been moved, they will be on the back shelves. Meanwhile, check both areas or ask for help if you cannot locate the book you need. Log onto the library
catalog and search for:
- the author of your
book
- the title of your
book
- "literary
criticism"
- literary
- the genre - poetry,
novel, etc.
It's a good idea to
conduct all the searches because you will get different results from each.
When you search for "literary criticism" you will get some materials
that are specific to an author or a work, but you also will get more general
materials. You will need to know the genre and the time period to choose
the correct literary critiques. Here is just a sampling of what you can
expect to find.
